Troubleshooting and repair of Spray Humidifier?

Publish Time: 2024-11-07
Abnormal spray problem

When you find that the Spray Humidifier has a problem with spray, you should first check the water tank. If there is no water in the water tank, the humidifier will naturally not spray, just add water in time. If there is water in the water tank, for ultrasonic humidifiers, check whether the transducer is dirty or damaged. Dirt will affect its vibration frequency, resulting in failure to spray normally, which can be wiped gently with a soft cloth. If the transducer is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one. For cold evaporative humidifiers, check whether the evaporation filter is blocked. If it is blocked, it will hinder the dissipation of water vapor. The filter can be removed and cleaned or replaced. For hot evaporative humidifiers, pay attention to whether the heating element is working properly. If there is a fault, a professional may be required to repair the heating circuit.

Insufficient humidification problem

If you feel that the humidification is insufficient, first confirm whether the size of the environment space matches the humidification of the humidifier. If it matches, for all types of humidifiers, check whether the vents are unobstructed. Vent blockage will affect air flow and reduce the humidification effect. In addition, the ultrasonic humidifier may have a poor atomization effect due to aging of the vibrator. You can contact after-sales to replace the vibrator. The cold evaporative humidifier may have insufficient fan speed. Check the fan and its circuit to see if there is any fault. Repair or replace the fan if necessary.

Water leakage problem

When water leakage occurs, for all types of humidifiers, check whether the connection between the water tank and the host is well sealed. If it is loose, reinstall it and ensure the seal. If the water tank is broken and causes water leakage, you need to replace a new water tank. For ultrasonic humidifiers, check whether the water tank has cracks. If so, you may need to replace the entire water tank. In addition, check whether the drain hole is blocked. If blocked, it will cause accumulated water to seep out from other places. Clean the drain hole in time.

Abnormal noise problem

When the humidifier is running, there is abnormal noise. If it is an ultrasonic humidifier, it may be that the vibrator is not installed firmly or there is a foreign object contacting the vibrator. Refix the vibrator or remove the foreign object. For cold evaporative or hot evaporative humidifiers with fans, the noise may be caused by wear of the fan bearing or deformation of the fan blades. At this time, you need to check the fan. If the bearing is worn, you can add lubricating oil or replace the bearing. If the blade is deformed, you need to correct or replace the fan. Also, check if there are any loose parts inside the humidifier and secure them to eliminate the noise.
